Terms & Conditions for Lifetime Sceme

I agree to subscribe to lifetime membership for the Demat account number under the following conditions:

1. Nabil Invest will provide a lifetime membership to the client for Demat account renewal and Meroshare renewal.
2. I will clear all the dues till date.
3. After I make the payment, I understand that I will not get any refund of the amount for any reason.
4. I agree on the fee of this service will be Rs. 2022 Only.
5. The fee of this agreement will be applicable for renewal of single Demat account. The charges for other services provided by Nabil Invest will be charged as per the service provided.
6. Demat account will be renewed at the beginning of the fiscal year whereas the Meroshare renewal will be done 7 days before the expiry date of the service.
7. If the service is discontinued by CDS & Clearing Ltd. or SEBON, Nabil Invest will not be liable for any loss.

I have read and understood the terms of the service and agree to abide by the terms of this agreement.
